Umut Can Ciğercioğlu
Founder & Technical / Operations Leader
A true local from Göcek, Umut combines deep technical expertise with strong operational skills. Known for his steady presence and solution-driven mindset, he assists captains and crew with maintenance, repairs, and all technical needs. As a founder, he also manages accounting and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination behind the scenes. His hands-on experience, approachable communication, and he is an invaluable part of the team, guaranteeing yachts run efficiently and effortlessly.

İrem Özer
Co-Founder
With extensive experience in luxury yachting, hospitality, and marketing, Irem brings a unique blend of professionalism and creativity to every yacht experience.A seasoned traveler, she understands global client expectations and knows how to anticipate diverse needs. Over the years, İrem has cultivated trusted relationships within the yachting community and beyond, allowing her to connect captains, crew, and clients with the right people at the right time.
Known for her hard work, attention to detail, and deep local knowledge, she leads the team with a passion for making every journey seamless and memorable.
She speaks English and Turkish. She is an artist, specialised in watercolor.

Mehmet Ali Çatak
Lead Yacht Agent
He speaks English and Turkish. Outside of work, he is a dedicated father of two daughters who loves spending his time on home repairs, agriculture, and gardening—living life so intensely and passionately that he doesn’t need a hobby; life itself is his hobby.
